  I am a first time home owner and I wanted to explore options for a possible system upgrade. Naturally I went on Facebook and asked local friends if they had any good recommendations on a company or person that could help me. Right away I received several recommendations to contact Michelle Bosch. What a great decision it was. Michelle was able to work around my crazy work schedule and meet with me on a Sunday when most places are closed for business. Michelle was very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Aside from giving me a quote for a rental system she also informed me of Reliance's new home water filtration option which I am going to look into. Overall a great first impression and experience with Reliance and Michelle Bosch. Would highly recommend her expertise and enthusiasm to friends and family alike!

  We are very happy with the service provided to us by Reliance. When our old furnace stopped working during freezing cold temperatures, they had people there the next day to install a new one. They provided immediate feedback when we had questions. I would strongly recommend Reliance if you want prompt service and people that actually care about their clients.

  Two (2) service technicians from "72 Degree Comfort Control" arrived ON TIME for this service call. They were polite and professional. Before entering my home they covered there boots with clean 'booties' to prevent tracking dirt into my home. Nice. I would recommend "72 Degree Comfort Control (Rodney, Ontario)" for heating / plumbing work.

  The guys (Shane & Jordan) who came to install the furnace and air conditioner were excellent. They were here first thing in the morning and got straight to work and never stopped until it was done. They gave me a full run down on how everything worked and answered every question I asked. They cleaned everything up and even took away the old equipment. The whole experience has been more than I could have hoped for. I’m very impressed with everyone I had dealings with from Reliance.

  The employees at Reliance are very professional and make you feel at ease. Tim Terpstra looked at our furnace and while diagnosing the furnace he discovered it was producing high CO2 levels. He called a Home Comfort Advisor Mike Morphy, who was able to come over quickly and went over our options with us, and hooked us up with a great deal on a furnace! I highly recommend Mike Morphy when looking to purchase your next furnace or AC unit!

  Brad was a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He answered any and all concerns with ease and clearly laid out all the available options. Competitive prices and knowledgeable and understanding salespeople make it hard to choose anyone but Reliance Home Comfort.
