    Hard to get sales help everyone passes buck has to get cashier to call 2 times on PA system then got manager to call on PA system sad part was there were more employees then customers

    Bad technical service, followed by poor handling by management. All the promises during sale was evaporated right after the purchase.

    I gave this a one star, as there is no option to choose zero. Horrible customer service in the print department. When you can get someones attention, they treat you like an inconvenience, not a customer. The WIFI conveniently does not work, leaving you to have to use their pay per minute service. Using their "pay per minute" internet simply to access one document, left me with a $2.36 fee, and no document. The one and only computer terminal they have for customers to use is slower than dial-up, then you get to sit and wait for the dreaded "failed attempt" page. Thus you pay for nothing. Also, contrary to what you are told, you are billed $1.00 right off the top, before the .30 begins. Guess in this day and age it is just faster to do it yourself at home, rather than stopping into Staples for "convenience". or speedy service.

    When I openly said this is bad service from the get go and I want to return the laptop, manager wouldn't even come out to apologize or explain or simply assure me that this isn't staples they know, that this is only an unfortunate event which will not repeat again or something.

    I bought a demo laptop on friday and was told it would be ready the same day but if they didn't call me, Saturday for sure. Obviously no one called on Friday. I went to the store on saturday to only find out it is not ready and won't be ready until next day. So at this point I am thinking, I was already failed twice and what assurances do I have that I will have this laptop within next week or month.

    I had purchased office supplies for work on my company credit card and then misplaced the receipt. I got through on my call within 2 minutes and the same day, I had my receipt in my email inbox. Incredibly helpful and I appreciate how quickly this was done.
