I went into this store location and placed an order for an iPAD 128GB as they did not have this model in stock. The total sale came to $720 and went through my bank account immediately. As soon as the associate completed the order he said there was an issue. I never received a receipt for my purchase and order nor did I receive an email for it as I was supposed to. He said come back in 30 minutes if I didn't receive the confirmation email. Well, I had to go back to the store. He called whoever to check the status of my order and it couldn't be found. He then proceeded to write ALL my credit card information on a piece of paper and said he would send an email and let me know the results. Meanwhile, I am out $720 with no proof whatsoever other than a credit card purchase and he expected me to leave the store like that! I told him to cancel the order and give my money back and I was told a return takes 3 to 5 business days. What return??? A return implies you received something to return! While I was waiting for him to send an email to whoever, 3 other associates made mistakes with other customers as well, activating an iPhone 7S incorrectly making that customer wait an extreme amount of time with a toddler in foot. Unbelievable!!! I was able to get in writing with the associates business card and signature of what he did for proof and took the paper that he written my personal information on for anyone to see on the counter. Do not use this store. The associates have no clue what they are doing!! Buyer beware.

Any time I dealt there, I was always happy with the people, service and product purchased. Two years ago I purchased a V tech 2 unit telephone set. Today the base unit wasn't working - wasn't charging the hand set, so upon calling the store and speaking with the associate on duty, he said just bring in the complete set and I would be taken care of since I had purchased the extended warranty. He gave me a complete new set and I still have another 11 months of warranty left.

I bought my phone and cell phone plan (virgin) through this source location. At the time they offered a 3-year warranty that covered 1 battery repair, 1 screen repair, as well as manufactures defects and ware and tare unlimited for 3 full years without having to pay the deductible. I was experiencing issues with my battery so I went in to discuss my options. The manager I talked to told me my warrant was through virgin (incorrect), so I called virgin and they told me I had no warranty. I returned to the source, got misinformation, called virgin, returned to the source. I was told my options were to break my phone use my 1 repair (under a warranty I didn’t have) and pay the 150$ deductible or “upgrade” (buy another phone through monthly payments) and pay 50.00$ to pay the remaining balance of my broken phone and void my warranty. If I took their advice I would have paid a lot of money for a new phone and lost my warranty for a phone that should be repaired for free. Another manager entered the scene, lets call him Paul and he informed everyone I had the old warranty therefore I get free repair without paying the deductible so there would be no point in my “upgrading” (saving me hundreds of dollars by not buying a new phone (600$), not paying deductible ($150) and voiding my $300 warranty). So I sent my phone in for a new battery, well apparently there was an issue with the circuitry (covered under warranty unlimited times for 3 years) which also fried my battery, so now because of a circuit issue I have spent my 1 free battery repair. Because of all of this I would never go to this source location. Employees show a lack of knowledge towards there own products and simply lack customer service. The only reason I’m giving them a 2/5 is because Paul is lifesaving and knowledgeable, simply by giving me what I paid for.
