  Went for dinner before a movie on New Years Eve, only had 1 kind of beer to offer, which came out flat. Didn't have the appetizer we wanted, didn't have stuffing for my festive special but still charged the full price. Food took 50 minutes to arrive. Both tables behind us received food before we did (and ordered after us) AND were offered discounts for their wait. We were offered no discounts, last people to eat in the restaurant and the chicken we finally received was pink. We were offered a very empty apology and nothing else. Will never be back.

  update 2 months and 4 visits later, good service was a one time thing. Other customers commenting on the length of time they watched my order sit, 15 minutes past the time that was indicated through their app, tepid wet fries... disappointed....1st review was this... Great atmosphere from the minute I walked through the doors! Pleasant staff, people who enjoy and are proud of their jobs and get along with each other makes this restaurant juice points. Smiles are contagious

  Had the hot roast beef sandwich. Was fantastic and reminded me of moms. Service was decent. Prices were average.

  Not sure why all the bad reviews. Been here 4 times and great food and service every time. Very open clean atmosphere.

  Service was friendly, accommodating, and patient (with FOUR kids). We were seated quickly, brought drinks even quicker, and ordered appetizers and meals in good time. The food did take longer than necessary to arrive, despite the restaurant being roughly a third full. However, the food was delicious, as always and the pricing, while slightly high, was not reasonable.
