  Had many, many problems with our main sewer line clogging, after numerous visits from another local plumber.. I asked work friends for who I should be dealing with, and they suggested Saucier. The first day the guys showed up to unclog the line they showed up with all the proper tools to troubleshoot and diagnose the ACTUAL issue instead of milking us for constant visits to unclog us.. they blew me away with their professionalism as well as the more than fair pricing!

  Terrible customer service. Had them out to install a water filter on our ice maker at work so that we wouldn't have to worry about leaks as a "professional" installed it. A few months after it was installed it leaked out all over our new cabinets in the kitchen. We called to let them know and they said they would send someone out. Over a week later they sent out an hvac guy who said he would need to send a plumber. After 2 more phone calls a plumber came out and said he would have to order a part and would return when it came. A few more phone calls later they sent out a plumber who then had the wrong part and would have to order another. We have now decided that 6 weeks without our ice maker and filtered water is plenty enough and will find someone who knows what they are doing to fix it right. Never again Saucier... what a joke

  The only reason I gave them a 1 is because there is no option to give a negative. My hot water heater broke on the Labour Day long weekend. I called Saucier on the Tuesday after. They said they would have someone out on the Friday. On Thursday they called and said they would not be able to do an installation until Monday. Monday came and went no Saucier, no phone call. If you can't do the job don't string me along. Just be honest because now you just have one very pissed off non customer who will do her best to let everyone know her experience with your company.
