  I won't go out and buy all the blurays that I want (or illegally download them), so I'm quite happy with simply renting them for a period of time. The blurays I've rented were ALWAYS in good condition (remember the Blockbuster days? ... oh too soon?) and the deals they have keep me coming back for more movies. The staff is great and they never close, so fear not, you can rent a movie even on a sleepy stat holiday weekend!

  So, I was playing C.O.D. yesterday on my Xbox360 when, it gets tipped over and of course... a huge scratch on the disc. I almost threw it out when a friend tells me that Family Video can fix it. Well, what did I have to lose right; so I took it in... Am I ever happy I did; 20 minutes after getting there I had a game that looks brand new, a membership and a smile on my face. GREAT customer service, IMPECCABLE business concepts/views and VERY; friendly, personable and well trained staff. Thank you Family Video; for being an example of the customer service some of us still remember and miss :)

  I love my Family Video!!! nice to enter a place where they know your name. Makes it very personable and friendly. I shop and rent there on a daily basis.They go above and beyond with customer service! Prices and selections of movies are fantastic!

  This Store Is Excellent on Customer Support, I have rented tone's of game from there, Haven't ever had a problem and when one doesn't work I get a new one. Overall Rating
