  A regular service turned nightmare when the shop computer crashed and took my M3 down with it. The computer was crashed and it took 3 days to fix. All of this would have been fine and an unfortunate, unavoidable issue however, aside from the service manager (who was wonderful) the 2 other people I had to deal with were rude, condescending and unapologetic. I was considering buying another BMW from this dealer but will go elsewhere simply because of the 2 rude staff members who I believe were in parts and warranty. Such a shame, because the service manager was a dream to deal with.

  Brad Banks was beyond exceptional to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly, and I felt completely comfortable during the whole experience. Brad went above and beyond to help me get me behind the wheel of my new car.

Our experience in dealing with Brad was very pleasant, from our first visit to the dealership to the last. Brad has in-depth knowledge of BMW vehicles and was able to educate us, not only on the features and the overall quality of the car, but also on its maintenance and history. Brad went above and beyond to meet all of our requests and made us always feel in control. He never once pushed us to make the sale. He is a stand-up guy and will always try to get the best deal for his customers. Bottom line, GOOD DEAL + TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE = BRAD BANKS at SARNIA FINE CARS.

  Had the worst customer service here. Noone seemed to help. Had to go through head office and go through all the hassles to contact President's office to get any resolution of my warranty and a battery that was only 50% of a CPO car, not to mention that thee seat on driver's side was 're-done' and obviously torn at one point. They didn't even return calls or emails and when they did, they were not very nice. GO elsewhere if you want customer service and honesty!
