  This is our second purchase from Progressive. Our first used car has been awesome. Progressive has been efficient in all servicing. We have had no issues with this car. Our second vehicle is a hatchback.....and we are confident that our choice is a good one. One thing we are sure of...is that if we do experience any problems the Progressive team will be there to make it right. It's been a great experience.

  I worked with 2 guys from progressive auto Chris and Justin. They made my experience very easy and pleasant. I would recommend this place 100%. The atmosphere was great and customer service was prioritized! My future business will be with them. Even after everything was said and done they still called to thank me for my service.   STAFF IS pretty GOOD, vehicles seem to be a lot higher priced than most dealers or PRIVATE sellers but since there inventory is so large and have close to every make model on the lot, it makes shopping for a car easier when your undecided on what you want.

  Horrible company bad extremely bad customer service wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in sarnia or outside the area would rather buy anywhere else then here no heart evil company that has no heart or soul to it NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
