  This was my first vehicle purchase. I absolutely love my Ford Edge. It had an alignment issue as soon as I drove it off the lot. The mechanic (Mike) was very helpful and nice when I brought my car in. The only down fall: My salesperson went back on her word about the winter mats after I had purchased the vehicle. Winter mats were included with the deal. When I had picked up my car they had forgotten to put the mats in. I had a face to face conversation about this with my salesperson and she said they forget all the time and would be ready when I came back in for my service. When I had made an appointment to get my car serviced, I had emailed her asking for them to be ready. Her response was "The mats are not included, that was a one day deal". This made me very upset as I had just purchased a very expensive vehicle and my first one at that. It made me feel very unappreciated as a customer and I won't very be dealing with that dealership again because of this salesperson. I had emailed her back very upset and asked for her manager and she never responded. I didn't want to deal with this dealership anymore as I was sick of the "run around" I had already gone through. Needless to say, this salesperson ruined my experience of purchasing a new vehicle and I wouldn't recommend going the dealership or salesperson to anyone.

  This place has the worst service ever. I got there at 5:15pm when their so called quick lane is supposed to close at 6pm for just an oil change. I was turned away and got told I was too late. Seriously? It was just an oil change. I ended up going to another quick lube place and paying almost double the price. I will never go back to this dealer ever again and will now get my 2015 ford escape serviced in Windsor or London. My opinion this dealer doesn't care so take your business out of town where they do care and will service you properly...

  Knew I wanted a new vehicle but wasn't quite sure which one. The Lambton Ford team was patient and knowledgeable. They guided me through my options, provided options for lots of test-drives :), and then made the purchase process smooth and easy. I drove an Explorer years ago and am happily reunited with a brand new one. Thanks Lambton Ford!

  I suddenly had no A/C in my car. I took it to the dealership (Lambton Ford) and described what happened. The car was instantly taken in by one of the technicians and diagnosed. I was informed the part needed would arrive the next day so I chose to leave the car there that night. I was then taken home by their shuttle service. About mid morning the next day I was contacted that the car was ready. The shuttle came, picked me up and brought me to the dealership where I retrieved my car. One could not ask for more quicker or efficient service. Thank You Lambton Ford and all your people.

  In October I bought my second vehicle from Lambton Ford and I am so confident that I will be a lifelong customer, both in buying a vehicle and also in their service centre. Both buying experiences have been smooth, seamless, and the staff have made me feel like a valued customer. When I bought this car, I paid for two year licensing and though they mistakenly gave me the sticker for one year, they replaced it immediately once I called. Recently I needed to have my vehicle serviced and I was blown away with how kind the staff was- they even offered to wash it for me free of charge!! I was so excited and told everyone I knew how important they made me feel.
