  I called to get an expert opinion on a bike I was looking at online. As soon as he knew I was looking online and not in his store he said that this is were he had to leave me as he did not has the time to take and explain things about a bike not in his store. His time was very valuable and had none for non customers. I just hung up after he became rude and called Blackwell Cycle. Gentlemen on the phone there was very helpful and informative and was more than happy to help me out. I would avoid supporting someone who doesn't have the time to help non customers. It speaks volumes about what this individual actually thinks of someone who was just looking for some advice. Note to self; do not disturb if you just had a question.

  You buy a bike here, and you'll have it 10x longer than you would a cheap one. Quality equipment. Helpful staff. Great place.

  The staff is very rude and the parts ate garbage also they charge way to much for what there selling would not go back
